Do you hold my keys?
No. Local-first default. You run the harness; keys stay under your control.
Can an agent spend freely?
Only within TradeGate allowances you configure. Missing policy fails closed.
Where is the code?
On gitlawb. Clone with git or browse the web UI for the DID-owned repo.
Is Docker required?
No. Prefer install.sh + local gateway. Containers are optional, not the path.
